Star: Copenhagen
Star saw an opportunity to relocate and re-imagine their Copenhagen hub after acquiring a local design firm and doubling their team and capacity overnight. Relocating from the waterfront to the heart of Frederiksborggade, the new space reflects an edgier, more on-brand space for the company’s tech designers. A flexible floorplan enables the team to host networking events, while a diverse array of meeting and focus spaces offers designers and strategists opportunities to tailor their work day. Through a careful planning and consultation at every stage, the end product not only created a better platform for both individual and business needs, but resulted in over 35% savings in monthly operational costs.

The overall design concept for Star's Nordics hub in Copenhagen places an emphasis on formal and informal collaboration, as well as areas for quiet contemplation and focus work.
Star Copenhagen's welcome zone offers a quiet nook as well as a communal coffee bar for informal meetings, which can be moved around the room to facilitate large events through different configurations.
The new office offers subtle nods to the brand's DNA including a traditional rug handmade by Ukraine artisans, a self-styled library featuring the team's favourite sources of design inspiration, and a 'day in the life' polaroid wall showcasing photographic journals of members from around the world.
An informal bar counter takes the place of a formal reception desk and plays different roles throughout the day: coffee bar, meeting space and after-hours networking hub.
Built-in phone and meeting rooms offer ad-hoc touch-down space (and welcome change from the standard phone booth) for the many virtual meetings necessary for the team's day-to-day work.
A large conference room serves to host more formal meetings and larger events, while the furniture configuration enables break out sessions with multiple streams of collaboration.

Star: Ho Chi Minh City
In Ho Chi Minh City, we relocated and designed a new private office space for Star within a newly rebranded coworking company, creating a welcoming environment for both engineer and DevOps teams collaborating there. The space reflects the vibrancy of Vietnam’s colours and nature, and serves as an oasis of calm for a team working across time zones and delivery deadlines. The new workspace offers not only a better experience and improved satisfaction for its 20+ team members, but resulted in a 43% reduction in monthly operational costs and CapEx savings of 35% against budget.

Stridon: London
Stridon was looking to relocate and reinvigorate their workplace experience, launching a new hybrid work policy and establishing a more collaborative, purpose-driven space for their team.
The new office has transformed Stridon’s employee experience with three zones that support the different teams’ ways of working, an abundance of natural light, an improved location, and enhanced building amenities.
